Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of stuff from Swedish chef Tina Nordström’s most recent cookbook. Like this dish, for instance. Easy to make and nice to look at. And to eat, of course. All you need is some kind of pasta, canned tuna, seared garlic, red onion, mozzarella, roasted bread crumbs and caramelized lemon. It’s supposed to be served warm, but I put it on my birthday party buffet and it was delicious cold as well.
